I had an appointment set for a quote to replace my complete A/C system including all new ducts and blown in insulation. The appointment window was between 3:00 & 6:00. After waiting without a call from Abacus, 5 minutes before 6 I called to see if the Tech was still coming. It was at that time I was told that he was running late and it would be after 6 before he could make it.
A phone call would have been nice. I would think that in a 3 hour window one call to me letting me know that this would have been the right thing to do.
Everyone's time is valuable. To top things off, during my call to find out if the Tech is coming, I was asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said no and that there's plenty other A/C companies that would take my $10K. I was told "OK" and bye.
Horrible customer service from a "Service Company".
I'm so glad they're not the only one in town.
