While I was satisfied with the job A1 Carpet Care did on my carpets, because they really needed it, I was very disappointed by their professionalism. They were late showing up, and explained that it was because their van broke down. But they showed up in a car without any branding, and they had to use my own water to get the carpets cleaned. It was my first time using them and I would do it again but hope that next time they are more organized and show up with their own van and use their own water system.
