This was my first time using Carl's Van Rentals and I was impressed with their time-efficient, friendly manner. The customer service agents were timely and everything was well explained. The price was exactly what the company promised online, and the rental agents did not try to push any upgrades or add-ons. Time is a concern of mine, and the whole experience was done quickly.
