I was extremely pleased with the outstanding personal attention that I received from Samantha(dispatcher) and Paul (service technician). Samantha kept me informed of the status of the technicians arrival and Paul was very professional and congenial throughout the process. I also appreciated Paul's military service to his country and the skills he brought with him to his job. Verdict- 5 Star experience.
