My husband and I sold our Boynton Beach, Florida house and moved into a rental home in the same development. Before the move, Ashley came to our house to give us an estimate. It was a very fair price. We were given a window of time when the movers would arrive and -- on the day of the move -- three men arrived exactly within the allotted time frame. Robert, the person in charge and his crew of 2 other men were so courteous, so polite, so professional and so patient, we requested the same crew for the next move to our house currently under construction. The 3 men were politely & patiently accommodating as I changed my mind several times regarding furniture placement.\r

In 2009, we used a well known moving company to move us from a condominium to the FL house. But when furniture arrived, \r
table bolts were missing; scratches were on furniture. There was little rapport between me & the movers. There was a blase attitude from that moving company regarding the missing bolts and the scratched furniture.\r

In comparison: With Superior Moving & Storage, everything arrived in perfect condition. There was a large bedroom wall unit that was meticulously disassembled and meticulously reassembled. Lamps, pictures, glassware, etc. arrived in perfect condition. Nothing was broken. There was much rapport and communication between me and the movers. It was a ""superior"" move from ""Superior"" Moving & Storage. As stated before, I have requested the same crew for my next move when our house under construction is ready.
