They replaced the part and programmed the sensors fine. I reminded the guy I made the appt with that I was a new customer and I understand there is a 10% discount for that. Sure, no problem he says. I paid my $1400 bill but no discount shows up when I get home and check my invoice (I should have looked at it more closely at the shop but I was in a hurry).
To top it off, I paid $82 to have a battery light reset and 30 minutes from the shop it comes on again. I live an hour and a half from them, so going back at the drop of the hat really isn't feasible. I called to try to resolve these financial matters and spoke to the guy I picked it up from (Anthony). He said he would call back with information and never has. I don't feel comfortable paying to have a light reset when it comes on again so soon, and I think they should honor a website advertised offer to a new customer. Maybe not the way to keep customers...
