It starts with a phone call ahead of time to schedule the appointment then a follow up call the day before or the same day early in the morning to remind you they will be coming out for the service. Another follow up call when the technician is on the way. Technicians are always friendly and provide good service with a service review to let you know if there are any current or possible problems. Recommendations are made, but never presented as something that must be done, it is always your choice. The prepaid annual service for cooling and heating systems is the best deal out there.
