I love my plantation shutters and vertical with the beautiful wood cornice. My patio slider/window is exceptionally wide and since my view is so lovely I didn't want the vertical to obstruct any part of it. So my 10 foot door plus 2 feet of wall space became a 12 foot vertical. The beautiful wood cornice completed a perfect window treatment. Thank you Bernadette for your knowledge, help and guidance.
