Jason and Bruce arrived on time and were very professional in appearance and work ethic. They worked very well as a team. Our initial concern was the pet urine odor in the two rooms they were to clean. At completion, I talked with Jason at length about the 30 day guarantee because upon completion of the cleaning, there was still a lingering odor. I will wait a few days to see if this resolves itself.
