We just want to say ""Thank you"" Wesley Chapel Toyota and Staff for an wonderful experience you all have showed me and my family the night we showed up 8:50pm towards your closure time. I personally want to say ""Thank you"" to the young lady who I spoke to at first for her wonder Outstanding Customer Service Skills. I think her name is ""Haley""!...She made me believe in her ability to provide us Excellence service if we just travel down 50 minutes from our Pinellas County location that it will be worth it...And it was Worth it at the end!...\r

Ooooh and the sales guy, who I was very reluctant to at first ""Harry"" was stunning to say the least at his ""Sale Pitch"".....He took his time and waiting on us, and talked to us, and said ""Just give me a try and see"" and we did...(SMILE).......Man, what an awesome experience You all showed us!....\r

And one more person who was very personal with me and my husband was ""John DeLoach""...He knew his stuff from the top of his head....Signing our lives away felt like a ""Charm"". Thanks John! \r

We was there for maybe 2 hours through the whole process, but it was well worth the wait and experience! Your guys ROCK!!!!\r
