I have been using Hixon for several years. I am exceptionally satisfied with the honesty and integrity shown by Phillip, who has been "my" tech since he answered my first call. There were many times I expected to have to replace a unit or pay a huge repair bill only to find a small problem that was easily fixed by Phillip at a more than reasonable rate. This usually happened on a weekend. My lack of knowledge could have resulted in my being taken advantage of more than once but was not. As a result, once Phillip recommended I replace my A/C unit I did so knowing it was necessary. I have since replaced one more and am totally satisfied. The warranty is exceptional and is honored. I highly recommend this company.
