Javier is great, usually, I've come to him many times for vehicle problems and he always gets it done in a timely manner. Except this time my engine had a knock at startup. He quoted me almost $1000 to fix so I had them do it. When I got my truck back the exact same thing was happening. At which point he told me that's normal. And we fixed the noise we heard. Which I never heard nor cared about. And now I have no more money to properly fix my truck. I am very upset this time. And Dont know if I will ever use them again. Especially because I initially paid for a diagnosis before I paid again for the work. A knocking engine is not "normal" this makes me question things. Also now my truck is still knocking and I'm out almost $1000 . not happy at all
