While we have been pleased with Happy Hollow for previous stays, we will not return again. They did not feed our dogs their dinner meals or pill supplements for 2 out of the 3 nights they stayed. I had carefully put each morning and evening meal and pills in individual serve plastic bags and when we arrived to pick them up, two of the meals and pills were still in the individual boxes by dogs. I also counted a prescription that one of our dogs is on for hip dysplasia and he received 3 too many pills! (I've now called the vet to find out what we should do.) When I asked how they could not feed our dogs on two days, there was no explanation or apology. The owner simply said "guess you should take your dogs elsewhere"! Yes I will.
