The 2-man team at Alaskan Home Services really spent a great deal of time evaluating all of our AC units (we have 3 in our house) and they were honest in their assessment. They come up with good suggestions, but at the same time, they are not pushy. We are very thankful that we have the maintenance agreement because we are never charged for our semi-annual maintenance or any trip charges.
