Terry has been to our home numerous times over the years to help us with various appliances. I have always been thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, patience, and general willingness to do what is necessary to solve the problem. In a few instances, Terry was even able to troubleshoot over the phone based on the appliance's symptoms and then come prepared with the proper parts to remedy the situation. He is always on time and even calls on his way to give a more detailed estimated time of arrival. I feel confident that Terry's experience and capability ensure that we are receiving the best help and advice possible. It is great to know that we can call somebody that we trust when we need help with our appliances!
