There were 2 movers which i feel is normal but they were really slow it took them over 2hrs to load the truck, i only had a 2bedroom apartment and everything was already boxed and grouped together for them, i literally started moving stuff out myself because they were going so slow not to mention one guy used my bathroom 4 times in the process. Once we got to the house unfortunately the key i had didn't work so that added more time for me to go get a different key, which wasnt there fault but the whole experience overall was not very good at all

Move only took 3.5 total hours. Shrink wrapping and loading furniture took 1.5 hours-drive to new location 30 mins- waiting for customer to get key 30 mins-1 hour to unload truck. That is average move time for 2 bedroom home relocating 20 miles.
We ask all customers to be realistic when hiring movers. We are not a low budget moving company that throws furniture in truck and takes off, resulting in damages to our customers furniture. We pride ourselves in our crews trained technique in wrapping/protecting furniture to ensure a damage free move. Glad their were no damages. Enjoy your new apartment.
