Shannon was an excellent sales person he was professional kind and knowledgeable. He demonstrated his product well and made sure we understood how everything worked. He's delightfully soft spoken and always has a smile on his face. You can be proud of your employee! Oiron did a great installation and again was kind professional and knowledgeable. We are enjoying the extra bubbles in the shower our laundry is softer and it's nice having good drinking. It was overall a very pleasant positive experience.
