Cons; Has a terrible rewards program-we have rented from them for years and have tried to log in miles or usage points-to no avail? Have gone on line as each time my password seems to change, but to this date have not recieved any points. they always say that they will credit ""My account"", but still to find my account or see any credits? We once rented a car for over three months, and you would think that would show some credit, but to no avail-to date-Semi Happy
