I was very upset with the office. I did not have an appointment, but was told by reception that I would be seen in 1-1 1/2 hours. With a broken wisdom tooth, any wait was painful. After 2 1/2 hours, I asked if I had been overlooked. The gentleman at the desk informed me that my walk-in time overlapped with the appointments. They came first so it would be at least 1 more hour before I would be seen. Why was I not informed of this possibility earlier? This is not customer friendly service!!
