Took my Jeep Liberty to Darrell's Firestone due to leaking transmission cooler lines. While driving vehicle home i noticed the air conditioning was not working. I did turn it on periodically during the winter to circulate refrigerant through the system, so I knew it had been working correctly. I took the vehicle back in the following day and explained the issue. While inspecting the vehicle, they acknowledged one of the A/C lines had been damaged and refrigerant leaked out. What impressed me was their honesty and candor in owning the problem and rectifying it. I thanked them repeatedly, and felt imbued to tell others of the quality of service and honesty.
