Issue: Downstairs toilet would overflow into the living room creating our own personalized Lake Okeechobee.\r

Resolution: Proper snaking and camera investigating revealed that construction work done by a company hired by AT&T damaged the piping connecting our home with the city's main pipe. The construction company miscalculated and bore a cable through the PVC pipe. The cable would act as a blockade for incoming toilet paper, causing it to accumulate and create a clog. Luckily, the snaking removed the clog; however, not until the PVC pipe is replaced and cable removed can we resume utilizing toilet paper. Take note that the remainder of the more than likely arduous work will be handled by ""Roto-Rooter"" and their professionals. Which leads me to the overview..\r
