The guys showed up on one of the rainiest days ever, and yet they did not bring a drop of mud or dirt in with them. They were very thorough in their explanation of the process of vent cleaning, and took great pains to be sure our vents were cleaned. The house is 35 years old, and the vents have never been cleaned, so there was a lot of junk in there.
The guys were great, too. Very personable.
