The two gentlemen were very friendly and professional, although I was a bit disappointed that they didn't move my small bedside tables to clean under them. The carpet was cleaned, but I don't know that it was worth the high prices. I would have liked to have had my ductwork cleaned too, but it would have been more than $800 (at 40% off) which is much higher than I could ever afford.
