The Service Tech (Ryan 273844) arrived early in my appointment window which worked out well for me. He was very pleasant and professional. He installed a new thermostat and did a general check of the whole system. I was especially pleased that he did not pressure me to buy the more expensive thermostat, as some techs I have had in the past would have done. It's techs like him that make me stay with Unique. Keep up the good work.
