WOW!! I came across Wesley Chapel Toyota in Largo at a parking lot sale a couple of weeks ago. I brought in my late husband's old Impala and I really wanted to get into an SUV in my budget. My salesman Harry showed me a couple of options that would fit my budget but I could not get approved by a bank for the loan because of the high mileage on the vehicle. So Harry showed me a Ford Focus instead. It did not have as much room as I wanted but got really good mpg and they were able to fit it into my budget so I bought it. About a week after the sale Harry called me to see how I was doing and I told him that although I loved the car, it was really lacking the space that I wanted in a vehicle. So over the next week Harry worked with me on a couple of different vehicles over the phone. Once we decided on a Ford van, Harry was able to fit that into my budget and include the warranty which was important to me! Then he drove the van out to my house to show me the van and sign the paperwork! I loved the van and the attention to customer detail so much that I signed right there on the spot! I am not one to usually write reviews and in the past I have absolutely hated dealing with car dealerships but Wesley Chapel Toyota has got it all figured out and they have a gem in Harry. I will recommend anybody to them. Thank you guys so much for everything!
