One of the worst companies I have ever contracted with for on-going service/checkup calls. The contract states they will visit twice a year, once in the spring for the air conditioner and once in the fall for the furnace. Has never happened in the four years I have used them. It does not matter how many checkup visits you schedule, they always call and cancel and reschedule months later. Then they call again cancel that one and reschedule again. And the beat goes on and on and on. Service and tech are good when they finally do show up but of you are looking for a maintenance contract, my advice is to look elsewhere.
