We were very impressed with Jason that came out for initial visit. The two guys that actually installed our unit were great to work with. However, the office staff has been less than impressive. Due to their filing error, we missed out on a rebate of approx $470.00. When this was brought to their attention, I was then asked to lie to CPS and confirm a different install date. We have had to call and make appointments for our " scheduled maintenance ". We even paid an extra fee to be considered a " preferred" customer . After our first checkup we were then informed that a " upgraded " piece of equipment caused us to fail. We are so disappointed with less than stellar service. Once Elmer's got our money-- and it is quit a lot--- we have been forgotten about. In talking with others.... We now wished we had gone with a different company. Would not recommend this company. Their business dealings and professionalism is poor......
