customer service scheduled repairs three weeks after I called for water leak. three weeks for a water leak? in a follow-up with the same customer service rep, the customer service rep promised a tech would appear at a certain time. the tech did not show up because the customer service rep did not put in on the work calendar. in a previous request for my feedback, i wrote about this and said management should apologize for this. no word from management whatsoever. the previous owners were very responsive, but the new owners apparently do not care about following up with customers. NOW AN EX-CUSTOMER!!!!!
