Wish I could give less than 1 star. I will never recommed your company, in fact, I recommend people call someone else. I called on labor day around 9am to your 1-800 number when our AC went out. It was 98 degrees that day. I was promised that someone would be out between 1 - 3pm. At 2:40 no one had showed up. I called the 1-800 and the representative said she sees the appt and transferred me to the local office. The local office representative came on verified my address phone number etc (she provided to me) and stated that they didn't receive the appt. Then she transferred me to a supervisor. The supervisor stated that they tried to call me at 11 but the number I gave was incorrect. I told him that the previous rep read it to me as soon as I came on and that it was correct. He then gave me several other "facts" that I was able to refute based on conversations with the previous representatives. He became frustrated and finally just said it didn't matter, since the local office never talked to me the appt was never confirmed. They could have someone out by 10pm and that I would have to pay for the visit (the gaurantee was not valid). I called the 1 800 back and they said that the appt and gaurantee are up to the local office and there was nothing they could do about it.
