As a first time user of National Car Rental Emerald club I was very happy to see how easy & hassle free it was to rent a car. I was excited as an Emerald club member to be able to choose a vehicle of my choice. Coming from Massachusetts in 1 of the snowiest winters ever I was loooking for a 4 wheel drive SUV vehicle, was a little disappointed when I got to Manchester Airport & only have a choice of 4 vehicles 3 small cars & a minivan so I chose the minivan. Granted Manchester airport is a small hub so it's understandable. Basically told the pleasant nice young woman I wanted the minivan & off I went. On my way back I hit some traffic & couldn't return the car on the intended day so a simple phone call took care of that & I returned it the next day. I left the keys, navigator & EZ Pass in the vehicle & another pleasant young woman gave me a receipt. Very simple to use. Hassle free is what you want on a business trip.
