All of the Martin Staff were knowledgably, professional and very friendly. The home visit with Kelly Woy was great; he confirmed all of our issues and provided a solution. The installation by Merv was great. The system is clearly labeled and Merv explained the operation. The follow up visit with Kelly confirmed the iron removal. Now we can keep our bathrooms clean and our washing machine is working perfectly. We had a good experience from beginning to end.
