I took in my 2011 Hyundai Accent for an oil change. I arrived into the service area and was promptly greeted by their staff. I was then asked if I needed any help and where I could go if I had any questions. I let them know I was there for an oil change and left my car key with the gentleman while he told me to wait inside the facility for some paperwork. I was given an estimate on what it would cost and also advise that my tires needed to be rotated since the last routine maintenance check. I was then notified I can stay in the waiting area until the car was ready. I enjoyed the courtesy coffee and watched some TV until I was notified the car was ready. I was then escorted to the cashier for payment and was provided with many payment options before deciding to pay with a debit card. After that, I was told about future repairs I may need and to contact them whenever I would be ready to do so. I found my car with a complimentary car wash and working like new.
