The folks who answere the phone are super. Dos's appliance called to confirm that they would be out on the date promised. JD showed up on time, was very professional , friendly & cuourteous . Explained what the problem was. He had to order the parts. Came back out on date and time promised.Showed me the old parts. Great job!
