Rented a car on a walk in basis. Cheaper than budget who had no cars anyway. Was not informed about the drop box or the Saturday/Sunday hours so was surprised when I tried to return the car and place was closed. (I had told the clerk when I was bringing it back and she said nothing about being closed at that time). I kept the car an extra day and a half and when I returned it and told them my sad story they refunded one day. Very fair. Would definitely use them again.
