We took our minivan to Ron's because the heat didn't seem to be working right. Ron's said the heat works, maybe you didn't turn up the thermostat high enough, and they charged us for the diagnostic. About 3 months later, the check engine light came on right before we took the van into a dealership for a factory recall, so we had the dealership check the engine light as well. They said our water valve was leaky and this would cause the heat not to work as it should. I took the van back to Ron's, they replaced the water valve at half the cost of the dealership, plus they credited my original diagnostic cost I had paid. That shows honesty and integrity, and when you couple that with quality work at a great price, Ron's is unbeatable!
