Despite of the ""greeted promptly and courteously"" way of being treated when arrived at Braman Hyundai, I am very disappointed with, I would say, everything but the car, of course.\r After a ridiculous negotiation for a Santa Fe purchase and, giving my BMW X1 as an exchange (meaning that my BMW was paid off at that moment), the salesman proposed to me and my husband ""soft installments"" of USD 759/48 months.\r After being very clear and telling him that I wouldn't pay more than what I was paying to my BMW, i.e., USD600/month max, he came back to us saying ""Yes! I got it for you! You had an excellent deal"". C'mon, what he was trying to say?! That if I accepted the USD759/48 months I would be 100% robbed by them?!\r Ok, fine, this is what I wanted to pay and I got it.\r After that, the salesman promised to give us a trunk cover for free and he would be calling us the week after for us to pick it up at store.\r After 3 days I was charged by BMW for the monthly installment unduly, so I called, in the morning, Braman, in order to speak with the Finance representative so called Carlos Pena. The call was too bad, but I could tell him my name and of course he remembered me as I bought the car 3 days ago, so it couldn't be Santa Claus or whoever, he knew who was calling.\r As the call was too bad, I dropped off the call and called again. \r Unexpectedly the call went directly to his voice mail.\r I was expecting to receive his call back but this only happened because I wrote an email to the General Manager called Lucas Lugo, who never replied to any of my emails.\r So, after lunch, I received a call back from Carlos Pena.\r He was VERY VERY VERY RUDE and told me that I had to be aware of that, that it takes 10 days for the check to be cleared at BMW so I HAD to cancel my payments at BMW.\r Anyways, I told him that my payments at BMW was settled as automatically withdrawn from my account.\r He informed that Braman would send a check to my house with that difference after a week or maybe two. Who cares for USD 600?! I had to wait or wait.\r This is so funny, I bought a car with them, gave my old car, they informed that I wouldn't receive any invoices anymore from BMW but sadly they did not perform their job informing either myself not to pay any invoice from BMW or BMW to not send me any invoices anymore. This is how the perfect customer service works in my opinion, at least this is how I manage at the company I work for.\r In addition, Mr Pena told me that nothing which is not in written should be granted so he could not give me any trunk cover (the gift that was promised to me during the deal).\r Ironically, the lawyer of the company I work for was at my office and she stated that by Florida law ""oral contracts are indeed valid"" and if the other part does not comply to what was agreed then there is a breach of contract, and things can go further.\r Summarizing, I never ever in my life had a so bad experience buying a car and not a cheap car. Sales Dept = ZERO, Finance Dept = ZERO, General Manager = ZERO!\r I would never ever will buy a car at Braman Hyundai. more
