I am pleasantly surprised every single time I've used COIT (which is many years) how professional and polite the COIT employees are. They let me know up front if they can get something clean. In fact, the last cleaning I was having done, the employee read the instructions on the back of the rug and I needed to get it dry cleaned, not carpet cleaned. Thank you to COIT and I will continue to recommend!
