Shaun is a rockstar in customer service!!!. The funeral arrangements for my late father (Henry Scott) was handled with the highest level of care and professionalism. From start to finish Shaun kept in constant contact updating me on the status of the arrangements. What impressed me most was, even when his job was done; Shaun called the funeral home in Jamaica to make sure they were on top of things. If that was not enough, a week or so after the funeral, he called me just to make sure all was well. This man will always be remembered and reccommendations will always be sent his way.
