We were required by the Town of Cary to put in an exhaust system in our manufacturing facility to be able to manufacture our natural soap. The installation was flawless and when the Town of Cary requested that the louvered vent exit in the exit wall be replaced with a different style vent, Derek went right to work with the town's representative and in a timely manner came to a resolution. Thanks to their quick response and expert installation we were more than pleased with Thermo Direct.
