When he arrived, I was greeted by a very professional, friendly, and personable technician, Jose Navario. Jose troubleshooted the reason why our humidifier/steamer was not working and explained the problem to me in detail. If possible, I would like to request having Jose as our technician for all of our service and maintenance appointments!
