The worst pawn shop I have ever been in...\r
Today I was looking to pawn some of my tools because of an unexpected bill so I chose to go to this pawn shop...boy what a mistake...let me tell you...\r
I had 4 name brand tools for pawn...all 4 in prestine condition...name brands like makita, dewalt and bostich.\r
I figured I can get around 80$ for my tools which is about 20% of the price when u buy them new in store. \r
Tools worth new about 400$ and are almost brand new. Not even 2 weeks old yet.\r
Even had the receipts for them.\r
So anyhow I went to the counter and asked the lady to take a look at my tools and to make an offer for pawn.\r
She had no clue whatsoever about what my tools are neither she knew how to look them up...so another lady came to help her out...of course couldn't speak barely any English and tried to low ball my tools...so I asked for somebody that knows about tools...\r
A third person actually a guy came and took a look at my tools and started out with a ridiculous offer on my brand new air orbital sander...10$...for a sander that's 100$ new and has not even seen a sander pad or any dirt yet? Seriously? WTF is this? A joke I thought...so I told him about the new price and showed the receipt...then this moron said OK...11$...I mean wtf is this? A shop run by wetbacks that can't speak proper English and try to fuck u over? But I kept calm and asked the guy so how much would he pawn my makita router for ( like I said prestine condition...only used once so far) and he offered 25$? That was it for me. I had looked around before a little bit and their prices are ridiculous if u wanna buy something...for example a ridgid drill...old model x3 with one battery and charger 90$? Are u kidding? That drill is at least 4 years old and beat up like hell. But they don't wanna pay fair money for good quality brand new tools...\r
This is just another example of how crooked those wetbacks are.\r
Stay away from that so called pawn shop.\r
Unfriendly, unprofessional and they fuck you over where they can.\r
I went to another pawn shop a little further into Scottsdale and I got what I asked for. No questions asked. This Scottsdale pawnshop will keep my business. Nice, clean and friendly.\r
Rather drive further and get what you deserve.
