My sons car hit a pothole and was towed to this HELL HOLE. Even though AAA was on the way. $150.00 dollars for a one mile tow. The person behind the desk was the rudest man I have ever met in my entire life. He was very unprofessional treated me with no respect. I was upset that the Salem police had the car towed there when AAA was on the way. I think the Cops get a cut of the cash for this dump because he did not tow it to a AAA provider. The Man behind the desk (I Wish I had a Name) then told me to go sit in my car and wait for AAA. It was 10 Degrees. Why would anyone treat another human being like that. I placed the credit card on his desk because I really felt this was not something I should be paying for when I have AAA. He demanded I hand it to him. After the way he treated me I was not about to do this. So then he threw my keys on the floor and said ""oops"" with a grin. I knew he did this on purpose. I said ""How professional you are."" I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this company. I will now tell the Better Business Bureau about this place.
