We took our town car in for a diagnosis of a problem with the car. After about a 2 hour wait we were given an estimate of repairs. First we were told that the diagnosis should take about an hour and it took twice as long. We still decided to leave the car there for the repair. The price of the repair that they quoted was about 430$ (parts and labor), later we found out the price of the part needed is only around 45$ and they were going to charge us 180$ for just the part and so we choose not to have any work done here. Later we had a friend of ours put the part in and it didn't fix the problem so the diagnosis was wrong and can not trust what they say. So customer service is poor and prices are too high, take your car somewhere else and save your money!
