I was given an appointment and after no one showing up or calling I called and was told that the technician had a death in the family and was not able to come. I rescheduled and the second time it was supposed to be at 1:00 p.m. At 1:20 I again called and was told that the "technician had a death in the family" and was not able to keep appointment. I talked to a supervisor and they said that they would have someone out soon. When the technician did come out to my house he was very professional and serviced my air unit. I was pleased with his work.
