In each case, I've had a clear understanding of when to expect the technician, he called in advance to let me know he was on his way, he quickly and thoroughly assessed the situation and made recommendations and offered alternatives that helped me make an informed decision based on my budget. It was clear that Blair was working to resolve the situation to my satisfaction not talk me into buying equipment or extending the time required for the service. The work was completed efficiently.
