They didn't hold to their schedule and wouldn't call me when things were not on schedule. The project took longer than they said and I had put my dogs in kennels expecting them to adhere to the schedule they gave me. There were a lot of communication problems. The installation was good, but not as good as I would expect. I loved the design I got and the products they used, but they were majorly lacking in the customer service department.

I'm so sorry that you felt this way after your experience. I know that the schedule got complicated with all of the products we were installing in your condo remodel. Floors, carpet, quartz counter tops, tile back splashes and the luxury vinyl flooring. I apologize for any inconvenience. We try to make the installations run smoothly so I will not make any excuses other than we can do better! I hope you enjoy your home for many years to come.
