Kevin was my technician and was very pleasant, knowledgable and efficient. He even called to let me know he was delayed with another job. He spent time with me to answer all my questions and concerns and gave me numerous tips on how to maintain my fireplace. His service was quick and tidy and he completed the job in a good amount of time. Price for my service was competitive and I feel like they are honest. I will definitely use 1st Choice again in the future.
