BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I walked into the Monroe Street location on a Saturday and in about an hour (maybe a few minutes more) I had two queen mattress sets setup in my house! Gary Swallow was so nice and helpful. I picked out the mattresses online but ended up buying less expensive ones when I arrived at the warehouse. There was no buying pressure. I was lucky to have the delivery guy, Gilberto, picking up for another delivery just as I was making my purchase. I had to rush home and clear out two rooms just before Gilberto arrived to setup my mattresses, by himself, in less than 20 minutes. The mattresses are great. They were purchased for my sons, ages 19 and 20. They both LOVE their new bed!
