I called the Waterworks in the late evening because our sewage grinder pump stopped working. The gentleman I spoke with was professional and offered the services that night but I told him it could wait until morning. When I asked about the cost he couldn't give me an hourly rate or the service call fee. The two young men showed up in the morning as promised, were courteous and wore the shoe covers as they entered our home. The repair was completed and tested within an hour. The pricing was reasonable and I would have given five stars if the gentleman that took the call in the evening could have given me the service cost information.
