The thick carpet and plush padding are great. Installers did a decent enough job, but it was hard to communicate with a crew in which no one spoke English. I had expected our sales person to follow up either during or after the installation to check on the work and pick up the big carpet sample board, but she never did. Installation was done in August, it's now December and the only follow-up we've had is this request to do a survey. We still have the sample board in our basement. We give an A+ for the carpet & padding, a B for the installation and a C- for the customer service follow through.
